Project B:

Goal: To create a prototype of a bike with nanofibers as they are stronger and lighter than traditional materials.

Rationale for global context: The focus of creating the bike prototype is to study the impact of scientific and technological advances on communities and environments because I will be building a bike prototype that could be put on the market. A lighter and stronger bike could lengthen the standard life of a bike and encourage more cycling in the community.
